fantastic experience, would recommend!

hot buffet great location

the staff were cute and friendly, always making sure i had everything i needed. breakfast offered a very nice selection, even including a hot buffet. the location was great, i walked to the festival theatre in just a few minutes.

the flat screen tv offered many options for viewing, providing lots of entertainment. in-room wifi worked reliably and quickly. espresso was available anytime at the bar on the main floor, a great convenience.

The room included a safe and a mini refrigerator, a nice touch. the location of the hotel was good. it took about 10 minutes to walk to the city center. That was perfect! the bus station was nearby too.

I had the festive package and it was AMAZING!!! the service was really good and i got a warm welcome. the hotel staff were all friendly. They pandered to my needs. food for all three nights was superb, with great menu selections. the breakfast menu also had a great selection.

my room was beautiful, spacious and warm. clean as new. the bed was comfortable and large. the room was also peaceful at night, so i slept well. the bathroom was huge and had all mobility access.

the location was very convenient. it was close to many attractions. the staff were also very helpful. they gave good advice about local places to eat. i got free drink coupons, and i thought the towel warmers were a nice luxury.

i found no plug-ins in the bathroom. it made using the hair dryer difficult. i asked why and was told it was a safety hazard. i feel this is an overreaction. my room was on the street side and i could hear people outside.

missing products no working channels

the location suited my needs well. it provided convenient access to restaurants.

i encountered some issues. the shower lacked basic products unless specifically requested, which i found inconvenient. furthermore, the television offered no functioning channels without requesting a wifi code from reception, not ideal.

a pleasant stay

spacious room effective air conditioning good selection

i found my room spacious and clean. air conditioning was effective and i appreciate windows opened easily. the modern decor in public areas was bright and attractive. continental breakfast provided a good selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, and pastries i appreciate it.

the food lets this hotel down badly, vastly overpriced and poor quality. my husband had fish and chips, the fish was greasy with batter so soggy it was inedible. the chips were straight out of the freezer, i complain.

the hotel location is in a good area, close to attractions but away from the main road. this provide a quiet environment, allow for a restful stay and easy access to explore the surroundings.
